Claims to be a 5-star hotel, but is really just a solid 4-star. Service is severely lacking, the food is mediocre at best, and everything including food and rooms is ridiculously overpriced. Be warned that they charge and extra NULL/night as an “amenities fee” but they don’t have any amenities. I complained, they said it actually a “resort fee” but it’s not a resort. Just a rip-off.
