FAQ for The Rocks Dog Park Yerba Buena Island in San Francisco California:
What a dog park with a transcendental view!
Most amazing views of SF and Ocean.Everyone helps to keep clean !
Nice little dog park with excellent views for the owner. Probably put in for the apartments just down the hill from the dog park. It’s a bit on the small side if you have a big dog but just enough room for a bit of running for big dogs. The only reason it doesn’t get five stars is large rocks eat up about 1/4 of the n dog park play area. It is usually quite vacant but a real nice place to stop if traveling with your dog to SF for a bathroom break. There is a larger dog park of Treasure Island but it is much more if a hassle to get to as it is on the far end of Treasure Island – so great place for your dog to relieve themselves, stretch their legs and get some water – now if only there was a bathroom somewhere on Yerba Buena Island for people to go along with the Panorama Park!
Up there with the prettiest dog parks in the city despite being pebbles and concrete (rather than turf). Solid views of the Bay Bridge, Angel Island, Alcatraz, TI, and Berkeley. Can’t wait for more housing and development to make this park (and area) popping.
Nice little dog park with world class views! No grass, but little rocks for the pups to run around, or dig in, or whatever.A couple parking spaces.Wheelchair ramp.Garbage can and water fountain.Views make up for the lack of grass.I’d give it the 5th star if there was a bathroom. If you choose to give a thumbs-up 👍🏽 or not, I hope you found my review helpful!
