FAQ for U.N. Plaza Dog Park in San Francisco California:
Stopped by this dog park recently and unfortunately had a negative experience. Upon entering, another visitor’s large dog immediately jumped on me while I was holding my small puppy. The owner was yelling for his dog to behave but made no real effort to control it. When I explained I’d put my puppy down once his dog was under control, he blamed me for holding her in the first place and started cussing and shouting at me.I come to dog parks to let my puppy socialize safely, but on this occasion, the lack of control from another owner made it an unsafe and unpleasant experience. It’s frustrating when a few irresponsible dog owners ruin what should be a positive environment for everyone.
Met some really cool people and dogs here but the Urban Alchemy people can be mean to you for no reason
I love it here. Met some really amazing dogs and dog parents. There’s a guard at the gate to ensure safety and I felt safe.
Great local park. Kept very clean by the maintenance team. Fully enclosed and nice dogs for my pup to play with.
It’s definitely convenient and nice to have around however me and a few friends agree that they should have water bowls and a few toys for the dogs just like other dog parks.
