FAQ for Warrenton Dog Park in Hammond Oregon:
Nice park with 2 areas for small and large dogs. Great walking path nearby.
One of the nastiest bathrooms I’ve been in, the park host definitely hasn’t cleaned it in years, you can smell the urine before you even open the door and has at least a half an inch of dirt on the floor.
This is a gem of a dog park. I was so impressed! Separate areas for large and small dogs. Not only is water available but there are bins to put water in so your dog can lay down and cool off! Human bathrooms available too! There is also a seating area for the dog Mom’s and Dad’s to relax until it’s time for poop duty. My dogs really enjoyed themselves. Only caveat, small parking lot.
It’s a small sandy patch next to the river walk. Not a huge park but still better than many other parks we have visited. We went on a sunny day so the sand was dry and our dogs had a great time. I did spot a lot of foxtails growing in the back and some random stray poop was lying around. The sandy patch was better but I think it probably gets muddy when it rains.
Two areas for the dogs. One area for small dogs and another large area for large dogs. They added more parking space which is a plus. Bathrooms as well. They also provide water and poop bags for you to do pick up after your pet.
