I often come down and spend a few minutes here to clear my head and to just chill out for a few. Great view of the begining of Puget Sound at Budd Inlet. You can watch nature at work all around you too. A very popular spot for people to take their lunch breaks at too, just be careful and please do not feed any of the wildlife or birds.

I arrived early for a dinner appointment with friends and decided to explore a nearby park. After searching online, I found this place—a small park with trails, featuring tidal flats exposed during low tide, a beautiful ocean view, anchored yachts, and the vibrant green of the grass. It’s a place that gave me a peaceful and beautiful feeling. If the weather had been nice, it would have been perfect, but even in the drizzle, I found joy in the scenery. It’s a spot I would highly recommend.

During my weekday visit, I saw more people on the water sailing and rowing than I saw on the trail or at the small park. The trail (wheelchair accessible) has sections of tightly packed gravel and longer stretches of cement. It was a little tricky finding the trail when it passes through business areas, but a quick look at Google Maps helped keep me on the right path.
