Love this place very much. Whenever I have time, I will drive 35 mins to this place. This place is beautiful all year long. Dogs absolutely love this place. We always walked the long ways. There are benches at multiple stops to take a break and appreciate the nature. Nature is just beautiful. It is the biggest off leash dog park which I love because my dogs get to roam everywhere. I haven’t had any bad experiences with other dogs and people. Because it is so big, sometimes it feels like you don’t really interact with dogs and people that much. It is amazing if you want to get your walk in. They are constantly restoring this park to preserve the beauty of nature which I do appreciate every time I come here. Definitely worth the drive. I will always love this place. So glad they made this park.

Beautiful wooded area with 2 miles of hiking trails. Thanks to the efforts of Friends of Prairie Morraine volunteers, the area is beautifully maintained. Best park in Dane county, possibly all of WI.

This dog park is huge and great! A lot of different trails. Our dog loves it! There are apple trees along some of the trails. Several hills and hidden shortcuts. Water stations would be great , but otherwise make sure bring water for your dog. There are several benches for testing

Really nice big dog park. For the most part owners don’t bring aggressive dogs. There are miles of trails. More waist cans would be nice as it can be a long walk carrying a poop bag. A sepertately fenced area for small dogs would be nice. Afternoons and weekends on a nice day can be overly crowded. The parking lot being full is a bad sign.

Wonderful area for your dog to run and roam off leash. This was my very first visit to Prairie Moraine and we didn’t want to leave. We brought our 80lb Aussie Mix and he burned so much energy that he slept the whole way home. This park has many fields, trails and beautiful views for the whole family to enjoy. My 2-year-old daughter really enjoyed this park as well. Even though we attended on a very cold and muddy day, I was impressed with how clean this park was. There are benches and waste bins all throughout the park as well. My family and I have decided to make this park a weekly adventure. I highly recommend!
