They initially admitted fault, only to flip the script and deny everything later. One manager even agreed with us, but it seems they just wanted to shut us up. Now, they’re refusing to groom our dog to avoid paying up. Unbelievable. Don’t waste your time or money on this dump. They don’t care about your pets or their customers. Total scam.And to add insult to injury, they had the nerve to call us just days before our scheduled appointment (which we booked weeks in advance) to tell us they’re not honoring it due to their own scheduling mess-up. Forcing us to scramble to find a new groomer last minute.If you value your pet’s well-being and your hard-earned cash, STAY AWAY.Avoid this dog grooming place at all costs!Don’t trust them with your pet’s care!!Unprofessional, dishonest, and unacceptable service

I’ve been bringing my dog, Lizzo, here for “school” for almost a year and it has been a fantastic experience! She gets so excited when I tell her it’s time to go – and comes out happy!Most importantly she is greeted with affection by everyone on staff.We also have Shelby do our grooming and she goes a great job!!
Took my pup here for almost 4 years, since she was a wee puppy. They treated her like a princess and always greeted her when she came in. Merriam was her groomer and she always did a phenomenal job. I moved out of state or else I would still be going for both grooming and daycare. I love that they have cameras so you can ibserve your dog too!
This is the best place to come to groom your pets. My dog has had a history of being complicated and very difficult to handle when it came to grooming – it was very hard to find a place that was compatible for him. Dogtopia is amazing, and my dog always gets groomed by JENNY! Jenny is so patient and understanding of dogs that can be complicated at times of grooming. Thank you Jenny for the great outcome and experience everytime we come in! Also the whole staff is so nice as well 😀
