Very nice network of well maintained trails! There are lots of nice options at the East River preserve with most of them being on the easier to more moderate difficulty side. The trails are super well maintained, and mostly clear from rocks and tree roots. There’s a nice river that runs through the trail network, with a few little rivers that runs through off of it. The trails are dog friendly, and feature parts of the New England Trail. Parking on Clapboard Hill Rd is nice and could probably fit 6-8 cars max.

Well marked trails and a beautiful area but the amount of dog poop on the trail was annoying and although it was clearly marked no bikes this was not the case.

Surprised to find a delightful hiking area with diverse trails, some flat meadows, scenic river, to ricky woods!

So close, so accessible and a wonderful place to disconnect. Great place for a family stroll. The southern part along the blue trail is particularly beautiful and less travelled.

Great place to go hiking or picnic! There are many different trails and none of them are very difficult.
