I wished we lived closer to this kennel – I drive an hour and a half to bring my two large dogs to Mt. Victoria – a safe kennel run by a true animal lover. They are very reasonably priced and have provided quality care for pets in my family for over 20 years. Hallie and her staff have always treated my dogs well. Too bad more people don’t actively review as every time we visit, this place has many happy customers!!
Hallie has given outstanding love and care to my dogs for over 25 years. I’m sure they have all thought they are the ones going on vacation, since each one has run at dead heat up to her door with tails wagging!
We’ve used this kennel for over 20 years so know it very well. Everyone here is dedicated to their work, they care deeply about each and every animal boarded here. Each dog is given the same level of care they’d give their own pets, and the staff have been very attentive to special health issues with our older dogs. We never worry about our dog’s well-being when we are traveling, knowing they are safe and sound. We’ve boarded our dogs, had them washed and groomed, even boarded our bunny!5++stars.
This place is great! Our dogs are well cared for and loved. Hallie is amazing and has a heart of gold 🙂 She even takes in cats and rabbits. She makes sure everyone is fed, happy and loved. 🙂
The place is clean enough I guess, but my dog had a nasty infection on his head upon leaving there that the owner had covered in ointment….wasn’t there when i dropped him off. Also, the owner tells me that she needs a little “extra” $ for staff…uh, if u aren’t charging enough to cover staff costs then u need to update your pricing and be upfront instead of basically demanding extra money at pickup. And to top it all off- they only accept cash or check….and then took well over 30 days to cash the check. Try Ridge Kennels, they’re closer to the highway and easier to deal with.
