Nice little spot with some shade and lots of grass for the pups to stretch their legs. A little ways off Highway 50 but worth it.

George F. Duffey Park is a small hidden gem, tucked away from the busy streets. It’s clean and well-kept, with a small playground that’s perfect for younger kids. There are a couple of swings and several picnic tables with benches, making it a nice spot for a short visit or a quiet lunch. There’s no restroom or dedicated parking, but you can easily park along the street.

Great paved trail for walking or biking. I listed it moderate because it is up hill which makes it very easy coming back. There are benches to rest along the trail.

This is a cute park. Kind of a hidden gem. It’s close to home. They have dog poop bag which is nice. The playground is nice and has swings, not alot of parks in this area do. It’s very quiet. Pretty scenery my dog enjoyed walking around and sniffy everything

This is not a natural mountain road course, but an asphalt road paved. So it’s suitable for bike trails and suitable for people with elementary and mid-range runners. In addition, people have to cross the road of the car several times with the stop sign, so I don’t recommend it to those who release their dog and run.

Love scenery on this trail. My dog loves it too. Love the atmosphere of fellow walkers and riders. Love the fact everyone says good morning with a smile. I just moved to the area and this is by far one of my favorite places in town to hike. The birds chirping makes a nice nature walk. You might come across some dear in the trail, I sure did today. Feel free to follow my dogs Instagram @bonniesdiary3. We’re always traveling and looking for nice trails to hike.

Beautiful, well maintained trail with spectacular views. Good for running or cycling. Paved in this section. Shaded lush vegetation. Huge parking lot with restrooms at the Placerville bus station.
