FAQ for Dog Park at Love’s Travel Stops in Jacksonville Florida:
This park really missed the mark for one MAJOR reason: no covering! Its a beautiful park with upgraded equipment but in the summer you can’t use this unless it’s dark or cloudy and who is at the park at those times?? The trees don’t provide shade over the playground equipment like at other parks. No wonder why this nice park is always empty. My 2 year old went down one of the smaller slides and got burned. I also went down a slide and it hurt my hands and thighs. Guess we’ll come back in the fall. Very disappointing!
Great stop! Super clean, friendly staff and a 2 separate area dog park for the puppers. Highly recommend!
Great. I got a hotdog for my pup. Friendly people. Love Loves.
Wonderful truck stop. Lots of truck appts, good lighting. Clean bathrooms and showers. Best of all, a dog park 🏞️
More of a truck stop than a dog park. “Dog park” was a 50×50 fenced area , seriously what’s inviting to a dog in s 50 foot square.
Clean…great place to let the dogs roam after a long car ride
The park is in good enough shape but the slides need to be refinished or something because you can’t slide down them very well.
Nice place for small birthday party. Not crowded at all and the few people there were nice and respectful. Fairly clean too!
I’m guessing this park has been here for a while but I recently found out about it in the last few months. Definitely a good place to bring the kids and even a dog or football and have some fun. Do watch out for ants if you’re in any of the grass. It does need some minor maintenance but still good to hold a small birthday party or just come get some energy out.
