FAQ for Bowl Plaza in Lucas Kansas:
What a cool funky tourist spot! We heard about the Bowl Plaza and decided we had to see it for ourselves! We spent about 45 minutes there looking at things and doing the nearby scavenger hunt. I made the mistake of not actually USING the facilities, but would imagine they’re just right for what they’re needed for. We were there in the middle of a weekday so were the only ones around. Fun stop for sure!
Really pretty art. So beautiful but I thought it was going to be a lot more than it was.Make day out of seeing all of the art in the area!
Visited before, enjoyed taking my sister with a disability to see this. It’s so cool.
Really cool roadside art attraction. The facility has a indoor bathroom. There are picnic tables for your eating needs. There are several trash cans for the disposal of your roadside trash. It’s a lovely place.
Loved stopping in here!! Such a fun and unique place for kids (and adults) to check out. Mine loved it. The walls are covered in all kinds of interesting pieces, from toys to dishes to license plates. I enjoyed the sculptures outside in the area next to the bathrooms, and along the street as well!
It’s cool. Dogs won’t let you get close, but it’s still interesting. Pretty area, and lots or pleasant nature sounds, at least in early May. Went to the nature walk after, it’s a walk. Perfectly fine, not particularly different than others in Kansas.
