The campground is very beautiful and it’s free five days a week. The issue is they spray very large amounts of round up over every campsite, making it toxic and unsafe to stay in.
Nice sites. Mostly level though the tent pads were often pretty small. Great views, especially at sunset. The facilities were clean and well stocked. The included showers, water, and waste water dump were clean and easy to use.
Wow! Hidden gem rv camp spot in Kansas. Clean, quiet, and beautiful views.
I love Minooka Park Campground. It is very easy access off I70 and I have stayed twice on travels to and from the East Coast to Colorado.
Lovely spacious Park! Lots of sites but dental would be a challenge to level…. We have made notes of the do-able sites for our 40ft Motorhome but it is a wonderful Park! We love it!#D09
Very nice little park and well kept. Seems to be the crown jewel of this small town. My nephew enjoyed the playground. The train museum was closed so we didn’t get to visit it in the short time we were there.
