This gas station/gift shop/restaurant is conveniently located for motorcycles that are short on gas and riders that are getting fatigued from the curves. There is no mobile service in this area and this stop has free wifi allowing to check messages and get tour gps maps updated.The staff was really friendly and fun to chat with. I didnt get any food but the menu looked similar to most diner stops along the road. The price of gas was a bit high, but if you have a small tank and are getting nervous about how much gas you need to the next town, it is worth it to pay a bit extra.I have to say that i havent used an old fashioned pump in many years. It was kind of a nice memory of when the world wasnt all digital.
The two women working there are friendly and helpful. Make you feel like they are old friends of yours, nice to chat with. While seated at the bar eating pulled pork and cole slaw, and chili dog with jalapenos. Soda, beer… Clean too. Nice environment.
The staff was so dam friendly and there were a lot of dam products to purchase. The dam gas pumps were old school. So if you are young, you might have issues. I’ll keep coming back to this dam gas station everytime I’m in the area.
Lovely small gas station, multiple grades of fuel available, and really nicely refurbished inside with food menu and variety of drinks and souvenirs available. Staff was really nice, and it’s a short fun drive from the end of the tale of the dragonroad, on the fantastic hellbender Road.
