After Hurricane Helene the roads were cut off to hikers. These guys ferried us to our campsite where we hiked back over the course of 3 days. Very knowledgeable of the history and these guys just seem to love what they’re doing. Great experience.

We had an incredible day on the pontoon! The staff was kind, funny, and welcoming, teaching us how to operate the boat, covering safety, and giving great tips on where to explore. They even filled our cooler with ice and let us use a golf cart to grab supplies. The boat was spotless, the scenery was beautiful, and tubing was the highlight — our kids (11 to 13) had an absolute blast. Perfect family fun from start to finish. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

We are fairly inexperienced boaters, but we wanted to get out on the beautiful lake while in the area for a wedding. The staff was extremey helpful and the boats are in top notch condition. The entire process was smooth and made for a great experience. Make sure you try one of the adult slushes while you are there! Highly recommend!

Love the “secret side of the smokys”. Very quiet, beautiful, and unproblematic way to enjoy the nature of the Smokys. The shop was open 24/7 for anything we forgot. The lazy river and pool were great and not very crowded. My cottage was super cute. Lots to do at the village and the staff was great. Will return!!

We visit here once a year and stay on the lake for 8 days. It’s a trip we look forward to. Some of the nicest people. The Lake is Absolutely stunning. So many creeks to explore and trails to hike. Waterfalls, camping sites and loads of history to be learned. Highly recommend visiting. The boat ramp is steep but very easy to put in and take out. Great for just any size water craft.
