Place was clean, my bed was not. Lots of young women around that were noisy all night.

Older but updated. Impeccably clean. Inexpensive. No restaurant, but food for purchase for microwave. Right off the freeway

We stopped here for the night first room they gave us was still dirty from the previous guests towels everywhere beds unmade. Asked for another room and the room was picked up. Sheets were not washed. They were stained and had hair in them from the previous guests. Travelers beware. This is the most disgusting place. We got a refund and promptly left !

No stars.

I broke down on I-90 & was lucky to be close to the Travel Inn. The ladies at the front were so kind! My room was clean and bed cozy. Most importantly, I appreciate your kindness.

My experience at this destination was marred by poor customer service from a staff member named Ken. He was very rude when I inquired about staying at the hotel. My question was whether I would have to pay for early check-in.

As a general practice, I look for local hotels in any area to support local commerce, and I also check reviews for their bed bug policies and pest control methods. Since I provide drone services, I often find suitable accommodations.

There was no reason for Ken to approach my vehicle and bang on my window, assuming something negative within just five minutes of my sitting in his parking lot.

I do not recommend this hotel or the customer service associated with it.l.

Absolutely disgusting! Our softball came to stay here for a game and every group had different experiences. 8th graders found drugs and alcohol in there room with a bag over the fire alarm, I can’t believe they didn’t clean the room! Freshman got a room with boogers, weird runny yellow liquid down the walls, broken tv, and stains and raisins on the ground. And a few other groups had stinky old rooms. And then the seniors got the bottom floor rooms that seemed to be redone and perfect. So if you do stay the night request a room on the bottom floor. Overall a terrible experience!
