For 20 years, my family and I have made Powers Park in Powers, Oregon, our go-to spot for the Fourth of July weekend, and it never disappoints! This small, out-of-the-way town puts on one of the best fireworks shows on the Oregon coast, absolutely spectacular for a place this size. The community vibe is warm and welcoming, making it a perfect tradition for us. Powers Park is a hidden gem worth visiting for an unforgettable Independence Day celebration or any other time if you just wanna get away. A lot of the year the park is not very full and it is a good quiet place to just relax.

Peaceful campground. Mostly trailer and RV slots always with picnic tables. There are 3 cabins to reserve on the website. One cabin next to the pond, and 2 up on the hill with a field! Kids love it here, I always hear them say “can we go to the park now?”.

Great little park with clean facilities. The drive there holds amazing views of the river. Deer, elk, coyote, and bear are often seen around the park area. Camp hosts are super friendly!
