This community park features a playground with whimsical, nature-themed equipment, a covered pavilion, plenty of tables, soft playground surfaces, public restrooms, and free street parking. Although much of the playground area lacks shade, the woodland trails nearby can provide some respite on hot days. As a bonus, Tyrol Hill Park is a good starting point for those exploring the extensive network of pet-friendly trails in this part of Arlington.
Our kids loved this park. There’s a cool climbing area to get up to the big slides and offers a lot of different ways to get up to the top. There is also a smaller area for the littles.

There was plenty of picnic tables as well as public restrooms.

Very nice park. The restrooms are kinda dirty. But everything else is nice. There is even a trail for bikes.

Some of the tallest playground slides in Arlington can be found at this obscure neighborhood park. The only downside is that there is no shade at all – it gets very hot on a sunny day. Some locals were literally hanging their laundry in the park, that’s how hot it was.
