One of the worst parks ever to try to walk in. I feel sorry for all the little kids. Pea gravel is so deep you fill your shoes and can’t hardly walk. You will get filthy just walking around. I love all the places a kid can climb and play around on but the walking on deep pea gravel wears you out and makes it difficult to help your kid.

Visited to photograph the Tygart Flyer train. Ate a Subway sandwich under a pavilion while waiting.

My son and I have been visiting more often and he loves the different play options. Will be glad to see fence get finished by basketball 🏀 court so kids aren’t having to chase the balls in to the wood’s. Keep up the wonderful work 😊
