It’s a long trail suitable for running, jogging, biking or as a transportation link.

The north part of the trail seems to have more attractions right off the trail.

A very nice paved 6-7 foot wide trail with trees and grass on one side and rocks, bushes, water and sandy beach on the other. It’s wide enough for walks with dogs, children, or a stroller, scooters, bikers, and joggers with traffic going both directions. Dogs must be leashed. Rest area with bathroom at the parking area for Papamora Point. We had fun walking even in the constant light drissle on the way back to the car.

I’ve been on the trail in union beach area. Very nice sights. A strange cat city is off the trail a bit.
