Dogwood Dog Park is a private, residents-only dog park situated within a 55+ community at 336 Pear Blossom Rd in Stafford, VA. This well-maintained park offers a safe place for neighborhood dogs to play and socialize, but unfortunately, it is not open to the general public. Access is strictly limited to residents, making it quieter than most public dog parks in the area.
If you are eligible, Dogwood Dog Park provides a fenced, off-leash environment that is perfect for letting your dog burn off some energy. The park is appreciated for being clean and spacious—ideal for dog owners seeking a secure spot for their pets. However, for those outside the residential community, the next closest public dog park is roughly 10 miles away.
Only for residents in a 55+ community

Generally a decent place. Only 2 other dogs there, one of which was in the same park. Private park which is negative in my opinion the more the merrier.
Good size and well kept. But it’s only for residents.
