Rude and unhelpful staff. Apartment with numerous electrical issues and faulty toilet. Public restrooms are extremely dirty as well. Avoid for the price.

Absolutely LOVE this place. I’m a current resident here and I must say.. Audubon has been the best decision I made when I moved to Massachusetts! I’ve been living here around 2 years now and my parents/friends and family have been nothing but amazed by the safety, upkeep and maintenance of this place. The staff here is beyond amazing. They’ve helped me during times I have either forgotten/lost my keys at odd hours and have swiftly picked on maintenance tickets to repair plumbing or door battery replacements when needed. I feel very safe here. The garbage disposal is well located at the back in a sanitized way and the dog park is well lit, with a little tub of dog toys, water supply and waste disposal. A big shout out to Kristine and her team !! Peter retired but he was great at managing the place too. I’ve recommended a lot of my friends and colleagues to this beautiful abode.

This is the best managed apartment that I have ever lived in. The location of the apartment is in a single family home residential area so it’s very quiet. Landscape has been well taken care of. There was a crew clearing out snow on the road and the parking lot late into the night during snow storms. Overall cleanliness of the hallway and the common space is very good. Maintenance requests are usually being taking care of within the next day. Kristine and Peter have done a fantastic job at managing this apartment complex!

We moved to Audubon from San Antonio Texas last year. Our move was very short notice and one of those opportunities you just can’t let go. Since the first time we contacted them, they have been very attentive and responsive. We have to say the grounds are very well maintained, i like that 90% of the residents pick up after their pets, the dog park is extremely big. Everyone here is very attentive and it has a sense of community in some way. I know were renting but its nice to have that. We only had one manteinance issue and it was fixed properly. Snow removal has A+. They have been extremely diligent with it, especially with the last winter storm were we had around 2 feet of snow. I haven’t had any problems with packages as they have a mailing room. Elevator has been only out of use one time in 6 months for a few hours. Ill just recommend to clean a little bit more up the stairs and be more strict about leashed dogs. Some tenants don’t leash their dogs and as a reactive dog owner that concerns me a lot. We haven’t been on any situation thanks to god. Everything else is properly managed. Well be leaving because we need a 2b/2b and here those are expensive.
