Beautiful trails ! My family and I will definitely be back. I will say check for ticks after doing the grass trails. My husband and dog had ticks on them.

Took a guided tour of the park prior to its eventual planned opening, and it is by far my favorite hiking area in all of stark parks already.

The area is unique and offers great views and sights, while being away from the hustle and bustle of cars and businesses/houses. The hiking itself is also great, with the trail being unpaved and a mix between gravel and cut grass, while having some inclines and hills to traverse.

At this time they are unsure when they’ll open the park up to the public fully, but I am excited and cannot wait and would go more already if the option was available. Those who can have the time to get on the guided tour option each month should partake!
