The staff are very professional. They know our puppy’s name when she arrives. We can view her day on camera and they are very loving and caring. If a situation arises between two dogs they handles it very safely and very well.

Daniel at the Brick location was amazing on our doggies recent over night stay. Our doggie Chloe wasn’t eating any of her food Daniel reached out & let me know & let me know what they had tried to get Chloe to eat. She even gave great suggestions of what they had that may entice her to eat. Long story short she started to eat her food with a little slight change. Chloe was happy, as we were also to know she was in great hands!

I spoke with the person claiming to be district manager and told them my dog named Mei Mei Was bitten. No one acknowledged the biting incident. The manager claimed to research and contact me. After this discussion, there was no further communication. After more research, other dog boarders carry INSURANCE.
The space where my dog was boarded has one staff person per 15 dogs which is truly obsurd.
Just purely poor business and Dogtopia would prefer to get the bad press (and poor local reputation instead of reimbursing for a NULL vet bill.
Too bad I know a bunch of Vets.

Dogtopia is all smoke and mirrors. The staff “seem” to be well trained. But, when something happens, they completely deny and ignore.
Left our dog overnite. Dropped off Monday afternoon. Picked up Tuesday nite. She had a raised spot on her neck. I spoke with staff. Wouldn’t acknowledge anything. Brought her to the vet and they shaved her neck to find two puncture wounds (bite marks). If left untreated it would have turned infection. Staff knew NOTHING even with their poorly installed cameras that don’t view the entire play area.
15 dogs in a space with a single staff member. Wrong.
Spoke with the “district manager” who told me she would investigate. Crickets. Nothing.
I boarded my dog Ozzy there for for 4 days. When I picked him up,I noticed right away that the left side of his face was swollen like he had either been attacked or a bad bug bite. The other 2 customers waiting to pick up their dogs noticed it too but YET I had to bring it to the attention of the employee at the desk. She didn’t notice it at when bringing him out of the playroom and apparently,neither did the employee in the playroom. There was no explanation and a total lack of curiosity on their parts and management to find out what happened. I got an email after his stay and I told them what had happened. No response.
My dog has gone to dog daycare and boarding since he was a puppy so I know accidents happen sometimes but never have I seen such apathy as a response.
I cannot recommend this place at all.
