Awesome network of trails, great place to let the dogs explore. Did see a porcupine so do keep an eye out, although he acquiesced up a tree.

Miles of walking or running trails that thread through and overlap with bike trail. Well maintained
Several places where unhoused individuals struggle for shelter and sleep. To be expected as this is an issue throughout the city. Still safe and beautiful for walks and picnics.

An absolute gem right here in the middle of Albuquerque. Both paved and unpaved bike and walking paths galore. Plenty of flora and fauna, and an amazing sandy beach on the river. Mysterious winding paths and cool shade in the summer. A lifesaver! My dogs love it!
