This hotel may not be a five-star luxury resort, but it was exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway while dropping the kids off at college. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment to unwind after a long day. Once we settled in, we enjoyed playing horseshoes and cornhole, and we even took a leisurely stroll on the nearby trail. This hotel offered just the right balance of comfort and amenities, making it a perfect choice for our short stay.
My wife and I were just there last week (Sept. 7-12, 2024), and absolutely loved it. Super accommodations, clean room, friendly helpful staff, and a great location – away from the hustle and bustle of the larger towns. The grounds were extremely well kept with BBQ grills, fire pits, ample enough picnic tables around, and large parking spaces. If we ever get back there, will most certainly stay there again, and recommend it to anyone. Very well done!
This motel is well taken care of, and I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean, sanitary, and smelled great. I loved the vintage atmosphere without it appearing outdated. The room was equipped with a mini fridge (and freezer) microwave, coffee maker, breakfast bar with seating for 3, and a fully stocked bathroom. My one complaint, would be that the shower is not made for tall people. As a 6′ female. The shower head, was shoulder height, making hair wash difficult, but thats pretty common in motels for some reason. Great stay overall. I would certainly choose to stay here again.

The room looked like it had just passed a white‑glove inspection—spotless surfaces, crisp linens, and that fresh, “someone really cares” feel you rarely find anymore.
Housekeeping clearly operates at a five‑star level and keeps it that way every single day.

Front‑desk team was very accommodating of a late check in and special request. They’ve got hospitality dialed in.
If I’m hunting for quibbles, my only wish is for a proper chair instead of a stool in the room. Give me a backrest and I may never leave. Otherwise, this stay was flawless.

We needed a room last minute and thank goodness this motel had one last room available. The front desk called to find out when we’d arrive and make arrangements so we could get into the room after hours.
This is the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in. Completely concur with other reviews about this being five star hotel level of cleanliness and attention to detail. It was so comfortable and quiet. Mattress, bathroom, room, towels, sheets all exceeded expectations and price. What a value.
