Penny’s Preserve at Peters Brook offers a serene and well-maintained natural hiking area perfect for dogs and their owners. The area is not paved or crowded, making it a quiet and kid-friendly destination with stunning natural scenery. Visitors have noted the presence of a swim area at a small waterfall, enhancing the outdoor adventure.
Definitely recommend. Nothing to steep or strenuous where I went. Went swimming in a small waterfall in the middle of the woods. Blue hill is a beautiful area.
Great trail! Really feels like you’re in nature, it’s quiet and beautiful not touristy or paved
Alot of love went into this trail.
Really nice trails! A lot of work has gone into trail maintenance, building steps, walkways & bridges! The waterfall was beautiful and the stream really rushing from recent rainfall. Will be returning to hike Penny’s Preserve, as I only did Peter’s Brook and 3 Bridges on a Thursday morning. Met two other people on the trail.
Wonderful place to take your pup for an off-leash hike. Easy to moderate trail. Well marked rooted trails through pine needles with a nice babbling brook. I would expect that it’s pretty muddy in the spring.
