This place is pawsome! And huge shoutout to worker Chris! She is the best, very kind and thoughtful if you and your doggy are new to the indoor park, she assesses your dog’s comfort level and helps them acclimate at their pace and level of comfort :). The indoor dog park is spacious and the groups they have are great, especially with Chris there to supervise and help out! They also have birthday pawties and their packages/deals are fairly priced! Highly recommend!
We found Woofs by chance while looking for a place to socialize our new Pup during those too hot summer days. We’ve since become regular members and love bringing our dog here every week. The dogs have a blastand the owners are amazing. Truly lucky to have a place like this in our town.
We love woofs, we got our puppy in July and he’s never been able to socialize with other dogs until bringing him here. The staff has been so amazing with safely introducing him to other dogs. I’m really grateful of how educated they are on dog’s behaviors and answering all of my questions, regardless of how ridiculous. Also the price of a day pass is really affordable for the experience you get.
Woofs is amazing. I brought my (then) 4 month old puppy to help him get socialized in the dead of winter. Chris, the owner, was so helpful on getting him acclimated to the space and the other dogs. It’s a great community of folks there and the owners provide such amazing personal touches to your experience. As a recent transplant to Rochester and new dog owner, Woofs has been such an incredible place to find a safe space for my pup and new friends for myself.
Cannot recommend this place enough. We visited Woof for the first time today and had the best experience! The space is incredibly clean, and such a fun and safe to bring your dog to play. Chris could not have been more kind to us and our dog, Ernie, who was celebrating his birthday today. Chris made us feel so welcome. She showed our dog so much love and took the time to run around and play with him. She even insisted on us all singing happy birthday to him before we left. Thank you so much, Chris for your kindness and hospitality! You truly went above and beyond to make our boy’s birthday special. We will definitely be back!
