Fenced dog park with rocky access to a creek. Needed more grassy areas

IGNUTS

After spending 9 days in the park, I needed to adjust and clarify a few things. By no means, is this a bad park at all. Just that some things knocked down 1 star for me personally.
This is specifically pertaining the dog park area:
1. People. People do not pick up the poop. No matter how early I the morning you come in, there is poop all over places, especially annoying when it is right NEXT to the sitting area and doggo water fountain.

The trash bin/cleanup station is outside the fenced yard. There ought to be one in each section of the fenced areas for small/large breed designated areas, and there always should be baggies refilled… just odd that it isn’t so for such a beautiful place as this.
2. The gates are damaged. The fence is sticking out and pokey. That is not only a hazard to the pets, but also to people. 1 small mistake, a trip over, and you will bleed badly on them broken fenced gates. That is a major concern… yeah yeah, “be careful and you will be fine” but that is a safety thing for children and pets.

A nice area for big dogs and small dogs to play in their respective areas. Water is available.

I don’t have dogs but I’ve been past this park a lot. It’s in centennial park and it’s really nice.

There are two places, one for big dogs and one for small dogs. There’s nice natural grass, a path around the perimeter, and in the large dog area, there’s a small but permeant agility area. For the humans, there are covered park benches. Oh, and there’s water for the pups.
