Jamie is fantastic, no other way to put it! From a home visit to evaluate our dog, to day training, socialization with other dogs and boarding…she does it all! She has helped our lab tremendously, while also teaching me the proper ways to communicate with her what I am asking. The day train program has been amazing for our high energy lab. Jamie focus on any areas that need improvement while practicing the basics as well. Your dog will also get some amazing socialization with other dogs! Our dog gets so excited when we turn onto Jamie’s street! Plus you get an awesome video at the end of each session showing their day and explaining how to properly ask for those behaviors! We have also boarded with Jamie and you just can’t beat someone who treats your dog like family! I’m so glad we found her, and I won’t use anyone else now!

Jamie has helped me with my off the street rescues and my reactive resident dog for over a year now. She trains me as well as the pups. From the reactivity from my rescue pit mix Rosie to my shepherd Story who did not like her paws touched (after Jamie’s training she now allows me to clean them and the groomer to shave them and trim her nails), to excellent recall even if they are focused on something and barking at it. She sends videos of the training so we as parents know how to continue with it the correct way. Her place is the only place I will board my pups, I know they are well taken care of and they love it with Aunt Jamie. Remember these are street pups, one is a Shepherd mix and the other a lab/border collie mix Hank with unknown but certainly not good pasts. That makes all the difference in the world. Thank you Jamie!!!!

We found Jamie at a time when we were about to give up with our reactive dog. We had done everything we could on our own and had reached out to several trainers, only to be turned down because our dog had a bite history. We expected to meet someone standoffish and afraid of our dog, but she connected with him and us instantly, quickly building trust. She would talk for him, and I swear it was exactly what he was thinking. She speaks dog, but she also speaks human and provides a fantastic balance of insanely helpful insight and clear instruction while also keeping you honest for mistakes you’re making with your dog and things you didn’t follow through on. She’s like your therapist, but just for your dog problems. When we later adopted a puppy who does everything at 200%, we called her before we called the vet to schedule vaccines haha. This was a very different situation compared to when we had our reactive dog, but she still had all the answers and gave our puppy with no special needs the same attention our problem child got. We have used her for several different services (group training, private training both at a facility and in our home, phone calls, day train, playdates, and boarding), and we’re always blown away by how good she is. No need to look any further- you’ve found your trainer! First picture: I think the only one he ever looked at with any level of happiness was Aunt Jamie.
