Ample space in grassy areas, huge new playground, bathrooms are near and opened. Great place to take the kids or get out with your pets, or even just to read a book.

Park is not as vibrant like others in James City County, appears neglected or tax payers funds are not spread out evenly. Understand it’s in a more rural area so that could be the reason but not an excuse. However, there is a walking/bike trail there; be careful because you may be the only one walking or biking out there. In the event of an emergency, no one is coming to save you.

Great quiet place in the middle of nowhere. Lots of spacious fields very well-kept and clean. They have quite a few shelters with picnic tables and grills so you can have a family cookout. 2 playground sets for the young kids to play on. There’s a full-size basketball court and a sand volleyball pit. One shelter is in the woods near walking and bike trails. There is also a fairly good-sized swimming pool. They have a nice little slide that you can ZIP down. Some picnic tables and then they have a pool Pavilion as well. There’s also a little kiddie pool. Looks like they may be planning to open this year the logical looks like it’s almost ready to go it looked very clean in the pool was filled. The kiddie pool was not and it still had some green algae in it but they may be holding off on that. There were a number of families here playing on the playground and little ones running through the fields flying some kites. It looks like they have an admission price to the pool and maybe a little snack area you can purchase from. Seems like a nice little gem that’s kind of hidden it may not get too busy because of its location.

Nice pool secluded in nature with the tree. Nice staff and clean. Very enjoyable atmosphere.

This is such a nice park! They redid the playground recently so it is in great shape. There is also a ton of grassy areas for kiddos to run, volleyball court, basketball and a community pool for summer. The playground itself isn’t shaded but the adult seating and picnic tables are shaded
