The park features comfortable seating, including Adirondack chairs and benches, plenty of shade for a relaxing visit, and well-tended trees and shrubs creating a serene environment for both people and pets.
The park’s intimate setting makes it ideal for casual strolls or a quiet lunch outdoors, especially for dog owners who value a lower-key atmosphere. While off-leash activities are not specifically mentioned, the park is known to be dog-friendly with leashed dogs commonly seen enjoying the space. Small but quaint little park. Great for a small read or letting your dog go to the restroom. Adirondack chairs are really comfortable to sit in and have a quick lunch. The trash was recently picked up, so that was nice. If you are visiting the area, parking is limited or paid for. There is significant ground trash as well as dog waste in the grass.

Kids play. Generally friendly dogs on leashes. Some shade, some sun seating. Great Mexican food in nearby truck.

Very comfortable and airy park. Just so happens to sit behind the bus stop I use to return to DC. Seems dog walk friendly, and nobody bothers anyone there. Worth a stop if you’re in the neighborhood.
