Dog park a good place to let your companion get some exercise and socialization. Large fenced in area which is shaded but you must bring your own refreshments. Short wooded walking trails near by so everyone can enjoy nature.

Our shy pup opens up and actually interacts with other dogs here! The park is fairly large and popular. It has areas to let pups have a “calm down” time if needed.

Great dog park. Two areas for large dogs and small dogs, with shaded areas. There are obstacle courses and toys for the dogs to play with. There is also a pump for fresh water and dog bags available. Good community.

Awesome dog park. Fully fenced in. Lots of room for running and there is water and poop bags and toys. There are benches in the shade and even obstacles for your pooch to train on. There are two fenced-in areas, one for the smaller dogs. There are trails for long walks, too.

Great dog park, great, responsible owners, great dogs! My dog Astrid is happiest when being able to freely romp & race, exuding her joyful energy among her doggie friends! And it’s great talking with owners, sharing our stories about our beloved dogs, many of whom are rescues. There is a “little dog” area, but it is also an area where dogs who are anxious or overwhelmed can seek respite & calm. This park is a wonderful asset to the community & beyond! I live in Bowling Green where there is no dog park. I travel between FXBG & Mechanicsville to several dog parks bc my dog’s physical & socialization needs are important. Pole Green Dog Park meets her needs! It is maintained & upgraded by dedicated volunteers & supported by many local businesses.
