I highly recommend Bark Basics to everyone. I was looking for a trainer that would really listen to my concerns and work with us, not just give a blanket/general session. Cassie exceeded my expectations in every way. She asked questions and had a crystal clear plan when she walked in the door. I truly appreciate her patience with Ollie and myself. We recently brought home a German shorthaired pointer puppy. He came home at 10 weeks old after 10 puppy training classes knowing his basic commands and other things you work on with your puppy. After about two weeks, Reagan was bored and giving us a run for our money… acting out, attacking my husband, along with your normal jumping, biting, etc. I started googling trainers and came across bark basics and reached out immediately after reading the reviews. Cassie is absolutely wonderful. She’s super friendly, patient and eager to help you solve your puppy problems. She has helped us with all our issues we called about and then some. She came in with a plan and was great when I would throw other things out at her. Reagan is a typical puppy but has come very far in the short time we have been working with Cassie and I couldn’t be happier with everything she has done for us. We worked on jumping/lunging, leash skills, recall, place, ecollar, off leash, introducing the puppy to our rabbit, not running out of the house when the door was open, etc. As someone else said in the comments, if you are debating bark basics, stop. You won’t regret your decision to use this business.
