Nice place to connect with nature

I don’t get the appeal nor the high rating. This is just a creek with grass and is surrounded by residential areas. No trail whatsoever. Just grass.

We love going up and down the creek paths. It’s a nice walk with different options to either go under the tunnel or up to street level whenever you cross streets. Also there’s a nice Loop after Conifer that you can take either side and end up on the opposite ends of Oak Park High School. I also like the advanced obstacle course that my kids and I attempt sometimes. Right now the trees are different shades of yellow brown and green, very pretty
