Located in the heart of Clearfield, Utah, Barlow Dog Park is a spacious, fenced-in area where dogs and their owners can enjoy quality time outdoors. This dog park features a large grassy area that’s easy on paws, perfect for socializing and allowing your dog to run off-leash. It’s a local favorite thanks to its friendly community atmosphere and well-maintained grounds. Although the park is relatively simple with few frills, it’s an excellent spot for both first-time visitors and regulars seeking a clean, open play area for their pets.
While Barlow Dog Park doesn’t offer a separate area for small or large dogs, agility enthusiasts will find some fun obstacles for their pets to explore. Owners should note that there are only a couple of benches and limited shade—especially during hot Utah summers—so bringing your own chairs and plenty of water is recommended, as water fountains are not provided. Overall, this off-leash dog park is a great pet-friendly destination for those living in or visiting Clearfield, particularly if you’re looking for a simple, friendly park experience.
My puppies didn’t get to use this park yet because they’re not quite 6 months old. What would be great is if there was some information on this on the web so we knew how old dogs had to be to even enter the park. Then it’s not a wasted trip

Nice big dog park, open area, can be quiet at some times and then lots of other doggies to play with others. Great way to have dogs that have socialized with other dogs to get them socialized. Some fun obstacles for the dogs to try and nice clean place and there is dog bowls here sometimes there’s water in them sometimes there’s not so make sure you have water handy.

I have visited this park twice. I took my Chihuahua to a dog park for the first time, and it was phenomenal to find several dog lovers very tolerant of us. The neighborhood is good, and the people are very friendly. The only issue is that in summer, it gets extremely hot due to the lack of shade. Two small trees and two benches are not enough, so I suggest taking a camping chair and a hat.
