So far everything has been easy to order a unit and pay for one online which is easier for night shifters

Pine grove storage was great to work with before they changed management. Once they changed management, the payment system changed and I wasn’t made aware, therefore I was charged a non refundable NULL lien fee. Which I shouldn’t have been responsible for. Therefore I refuse to pay the NULL I “owe” even thought my account said I was paid until May 31st 2025 and that the same day I moved out the last of my belongings. But when I went online to try and “move out” of my unit it told me that I owed NULL. Nope not paying it.
Other than that, the storage is pretty nice, gates security code access to even get into the premises. So I felt my belongings were very safe there. They also have surveillance cameras too. One thing I wasn’t aware of was the hours which are not clearly posted. I don’t remember what they are but one night I went there late to move some stuff and couldn’t get into the storage.
