I went to sign up my son asked if coach frank was coaching and the director just plain told me that he won’t be having 3 days practices anymore how rude ! Then turns off the lights on baseball says no practice we had to go to another park to practice lucky our coach knows other directors they gladly open the field to us somebody has to tell this new Director jonation he is doing a poor job this is a baseball and softball always has been look at our gym all them banners that have been won all cause of coaches dedication volunteers at that ! to teach our kids this new director needs to go back where he came from you are destoying our park 😡
It’s very active here. Even on gloomy days, the park is full most of the time. My wife and I love to take walks here and occasionally watch the baseball teams train.
My 2 daughters had been playing T-ball for the last 2 years at Brandford Park, the first 2 season were great, until the last season when the new director took over. Practices and games were being cancelled for no reason. Coaches were not even showing up without explanations. Worst season ever! We decided to move our daughters from location for the same reason. It’s sad because they won’t get to play with their friends that they made over the years.
This park ran smoothly when Gabino was the director. The new director (Jonathan) doesn’t care about the community. Is hardly present.
He doesn’t care about what WE as a community think or say!! We need a director that is going to do his job and be available to our kids. He’s letting the programs down. Until the city brings in a useful director I will be taking my child elsewhere.
Well for a new park director Jonation he is doing some changes cant he see it’s hurting the park! I took my niece and some of the team I had there and some were from there but the parents asked if they could also go to the other park that’s sad I don’t know what it is with these new people (directors) we are baseball and softball and volleyball all our banners in the gym speak for it self we know when soccer to do infield only he cancelled my practices when we had 2 games left saying we don’t need to practice only 2 games left , field closed really ? I feel sorry for the old school staff their he flat out told me that if he had a kid there he wouldn’t want me to coach him lol that’s real immature if you asked me , I just said I wouldn’t coach him anyways cause you wouldn’t want him to get better I know I ain’t the best coach but I know what I am doing all my 4 kids are all stars there. I have coaching there 14 yrs that should say something he flat out told one of my parents when they said they want there son on my team he won’t practicing as much as last season why would you tell the parent that I guess he just wants to lose kids and doesn’t care
