This hotel was amazing! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, with a great view. I absolutely loved my stay here. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and smelled amazing, such a fresh, relaxing vibe as soon as I walked in. The whole place feels well cared for and cozy. Breakfast was adorable, small but thoughtful, with cute presentation and delicious options. Waffles amazing! You can tell the staff really pay attention to the details. I’d definitely stay here again!

beds were so comfy, i slept so well!! pool was great very big, lovely place, big tv and nice bathroom! lexi was amazing at helping shes very sweet and kind and welcoming us into the hotel!

The gentleman was nice at the counter & the housekeeping was extremely sweet when I went out in the hall after I got to my room and told her the room has a musty smell, dog hair and stains on the comforter. It was quite disgusting. I wanted to cry. Everything was outdated and old looking. The comforter was a tiny brown blanket and there was nothing cozy about the room. Thankfully the Heartland Inn had a room and got a great price so I can relax and enjoy my stay. I don’t recommend the Americann at all.
The hotel itself was filthy and rundown. I booked the king suite with a jacuzzi. The jets didn’t work in the jacuzzi and the only reason I wanted that room was for the jacuzzi. We told the girl at the desk that it didn’t work and her response was “well it should” Ok well it doesn’t. So I paid over NULL/night for a regular room, they didn’t offer to comp me for anything. The breakfast was empty by the time we got there at 7:30. There was some biscuits left. Broken tile in the bathroom and around the jacuzzi. Warm water for showers but definitely not hot. We won’t talk about the sticky rings on the tables and the questionable curly hair stuck to one of the bedside tables. I do not recommend this hotel, it was a total waste of money for my boyfriend’s birthday weekend.
