The poor condition of roads and lack of way finding is first. Bad. This area is only good if you want to go off-roading and hiking on the same trip. There are many better places to hike with roads and parking. To boot, the place gets a lot of traffic and visitors, which also sux.. the park area is in desperate need of management and upkeep.

It’s a pretty good trail. A little short unless you continue on to buttermilk Falls. Don’t miss silver spray falls. It’s definitely hidden but it’s not that far off the road. Trail is in good shape but not that well marked but also not that hard to follow without markers. The teacup kind of steals the show but woke up from the teacup at the cascading water. That’s equally beautiful.

Absolutely loved this trail. Felt very enchanted there’s a lot of downed trees and overturned roots could use some good pruning. The waterfall is just amazing.
