Located in beautiful Greenfield, New Hampshire, the Crotched Mountain Accessible Trails offer a unique outdoor experience with stunning summit views and accessible options for all. The park features two main trails: the Gregg Trail, a 1.5-mile accessible route with switchbacks and an observation platform, and the Dutton Brook Trail, a serene loop through woods and wetlands. While these trails are highly rated for their natural beauty and amenities such as scenic outlooks and ample parking, it’s important for pet owners to note the local policies on dog access.
Visitors praise these trails for their accessibility, picnic spots, and breathtaking views, making it a popular destination for families and hikers of all ages. However, please be advised that dogs are not permitted on these trails to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all visitors. For those seeking pet-friendly trails or dog parks in Greenfield and the greater New Hampshire area, alternative destinations are recommended.
Short but rewarding hike with great views at the summit. Gregg Trail (to the summit) is just over 1.5 miles there and back, featuring a couple switchbacks and an observation platform at the end of the trail. Dutton Brook Trail is a loop trail about 2 miles round trip. The trail goes through the woods and around the wetlands area, with an observation deck towards the end.
Both trails are handicapped accessible.

What a fun hike. We went all the way to the top of the mountain. Some areas were buggy. We enjoyed it

This place has a really pretty view at the top of Gregg Trail. I’ve been on about 15 different trails the last couple of months and this trail had the best views. There’s a scenic outlook were we took a 15 minute break and enjoyed the view. The trail was an easy hike my 2.5 year old walked up and down the trail without a problem.

Lots of fun. Did a loop trail to the summit and back around. Total of 5.8miles with accents and decents. Dipped into Sunset Lake down the road after for a nice cold swim. View was beautiful for our lunch break. Lots of parking and picnic areas. Family and dog friendly.
