I absolutely love living here! It’s clean, quiet and the neighbors are amazing. Always willing to help. Management has been there since day one, for any need that may arise.
The grounds are neatly kept, and there’s a beautiful park just out my back door.
I’ve moved here from Colorado nearly 4 years ago. I rented from this company at one of their other properties. Due to medical reasons, and only half way through my lease, I let Mason know that I could no longer live there due to all the stairs. And, very promptly I was informed about 308 Flats, also know as Loomis apartment homes. There are absolutely no stairs. And, a few months after moving to Loomis, I had back surgery. Management was very accommodating .
I highly recommend any of their properties. But, 308 Flats is where I call home .
