Corby Dog Park is a popular, well-maintained spot for dog owners in St Joseph, Missouri, located at 2200 Northeast Pkwy. Known for its spacious grounds and friendly community, this pet-friendly park features a large fenced area filled with pet-friendly trails and ample room for dogs to play and socialize off-leash. The park is wheelchair accessible, including accessible parking and pathways, making it convenient for all visitors.
The park offers a variety of amenities to make your visit comfortable, including plentiful trash bins, waste stations stocked with poop bags, and seating throughout the park for owners to relax. Water fountains for dogs are generally available (but may be turned off in colder months, so bringing extra water is advised). Guests appreciate the beautiful setting with trees and walking paths, as well as the clean and well-kept grounds. Please note, an entry badge (available for purchase locally) is required for access, which helps maintain a safe and friendly experience for all regular patrons.
What a great park! Drove up from the KC Northland and was so pleasantly surprised at the size of the large dog park. The trail and trees scattered throughout made it so much more fun for my dog running around , chasing birds and squirrels. Very happy we came up!
Nice big place. Plenty of trash bins and doggy bagsThe people there that come are very friendly.
This is the best DOG park! People not so much. It’s not a walking track for people and you just so happen to bring your dogs here. So basically if it bothers you for others dogs to try and play with your dogs DONT come here! If you feel like you need to kick dogs because they want to play with your dogs, don’t come here! It is a DOG PARK! And if you are kicking dogs period you SHOULD NOT COME HERE! It is everyday there is at least one owner cries because other dogs approach your dogs to play. It’s ridiculous! Get over it!
A beautiful place to unleash your dogs. The place is clean, beautifully kept, and the people are very helpful and friendly. The water fountains for the dogs usually work, however, in cold months, it is wise to bring some water just in case. My dog enjoys playing with both the people and the dogs, so she looks forward to going to the park every time.
If you’re traveling through this town or here briefly for work this is not the place for you. Exclusive park you’re dog need to have a badge that you have to pay for at a local vet or maybe municipal office. We weren’t bummed because we came on a Saturday afternoon, it was beautiful, and there wasn’t a single dog there. We only go to dog parks so our pup can socialize with other dogs. I guess the tags turn people off. Big park with nice features but useless if there’s no one to play with! Go to Krug or river walk instead.
