Haven’t been to Tommy in a long time (I moved), but he was the best for Shiloh and Ricardo for many years when they were still with us, especially for nail clipping. I’m sure he’s still the best. If I get another dog, I’ll make the trip for grooming here.

We’ve been bringing our Pomsky to Tommy’s Salon for the past two years, but the last few visits have been extremely disappointing. Every time we pick him up, it looks like he hasn’t been groomed at all. He still has excessive hair on his legs and rear, and the only thing they seem to do is shave a small patch on his butt and a little on his belly. It’s basically just a bath — definitely not grooming.
Today, we decided to give them one last chance. My husband brought our dog in and clearly explained that we wanted more hair taken off the butt and belly area. The response? “We don’t do that. I can only bathe him and trim a little.” For ?? We can bathe him at home — we’re paying for actual grooming, not just a rinse.
When my husband mentioned that it’s all extra hair and that I wasn’t happy with the service, the groomer replied, “No matter how I do it, your wife will never be happy.” Really? That’s your idea of customer service?

Tommy’s pet salon is a great place to go! I struggled finding a cat groomer but Tommy’s is close to my house, very reasonably priced, quick and efficient, and my cat always leaves looking amazing! The staff is very nice and friendly!
