Super nice trail, paved, really easy on the feet for walking. It’s mostly covered by trees so the sun isn’t a big issue. plenty of wildlife to be seen, I even learned what a fox squirrel! Had 0 clue that was a thing.

A great paved trail for wheelchair users. I would recommend bug spray and a bug net if you’re going there during the summer.

Flat, easy to walk paved trail unless you bang a left to walk bivalve trail. Quiet. Horse manure,a couple of squirrels and rabbits. Deer tracks but none visible. One pesky fly but otherwise a delightful walk. Views are gorgeous. I didn’t walk the pony overlook portion but it looked easy to navigate. Benches scattered around for those who need to rest or just soak in the silence. Assateague Island/beach and trails ARE NOT dog friendly.
