10/10 would recommend!! The ladies in the office was helpful! Ashley the property manager was AMAZING and helpful throughout out my application process and every-time I call the office for anything they are quick to act ! Maintenance comes out 24-48 after I put a work order in and fixes the issues with no problems! The property is coming around and starting to look so much better than what it did when I lived here 2 years ago . You will not be disappointed!!

I wouldn’t recommend this place. Used to be a nice place has went down. The staff is always changing and whom ever is the new office manager now well she is always rude and with an attitude. She doesn’t know how to speak to people. The maintenance guy now is the best they had and actually fixes things the correct way. Trash is always a problem and out of the 4 years lived there the gate I believe only worked for a week.

When me & my husband first applied for an apartment here, there was a really sweet office person named Stephanie! Loved her. first complaint, who ever it is that does new leases are slow, I felt like I almost had to beg for the lease to be sent over. We got the lease signed it, move in time- I got a call the day before & they said we don’t have an apartment for you, it’s not finished yet & when that happened I didn’t even want to move into the complex anymore because what do you mean it isn’t ready the day before we were supposed to move in ?! 🤨 but I digress I said well you better figure it out, so they did they gave us a apartment on the bottom floor, we walked in , it was dirty, wasn’t swept, the fire alarms didn’t work, there were spiderwebs everywhere, needless to say I think they just threw us in one of the other apartments to shut us up. next problem, it wasn’t long before I realized the building we were at wasn’t very well lit at night & I got home late so I couldn’t see anything. Speaking of things dealing with a safety concern there are no cameras, I once called & said I think someone hit my car can you pull the cameras & they said oh we don’t have cameras out near the parking lots of the buildings so that definitely made me feel safe, also there was never parking available at my building, yes I know I worked nights & came home late but I should still be able to park in front of my building. I’d have to park sometimes a lot or 2 up from mine & walk. I went to the office about this & they said we do permanent parking spots, for ? more on rent & I was like fine whatever it takes to be able to park, they said they’d call me when my spot is ready, the call never came, went to the office twice to check on it, they said it was still being worked on, I get that it takes time, days pass still nothing. go back again, this time I’m told they’ve already reached their limit of those kind of spots in front of my building, whole time we lived there I had to fight to see at night & also for parking spots. Next issue we had a mold problem, reached out, never heard anything back, we had dirty water at one point, late fees are outrageous here in my opinion, i believe it’s 10% of your rent. The walkway was disgusting almost the whole time we were there, your forced to pay for “ valet trash “ because “ it’s included in your rent “ but half the time they never picked our trash up anyway. They had a code that everyone knew, they took that away about a month or so before we left,you had to have your apartment key & they would attach a code to your key for when your guests come in, my husband tried his code one day, it didn’t work so we called the office to get it fixed & they said he’s not even on the lease & im thinking to myself what? Because yes he is, how unorganized of a place do you have to be where someone who’s been here almost a year, you think supposedly isn’t on the lease like how would you not know that?! My mom called one day about something on my behalf & the lady in the phone was extremely rude to her, speaking of, they never answer phone calls to the office/e-mails. There’s always kids running around unsupervised so be careful when your driving in & out. Our drains didn’t work properly, Also the last month before our final rent it went up from ? to ? but we just payed it because I just wanted out. I hated this apartment that much. We payed all this money plus like a ? deposit just to live in a place that I absolutely hated. This place is awful, dirty, they don’t care about your safety or your complaints as tenants, one time my husband called the office to make a complaint about huge piles of trash just laying in the parking lot & they acted like they couldn’t care less. Do not waste your money here! You will regret it, 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. One last thing, the day our lease technically ended we got something in our email I think that wasn’t even for our apartment 🤨🤨 this place is awful. please do not spend your hard earned money here, go somewhere else!!
