Very cute and very simple. My only complaints are that there was shattered glass all over the ground. Especially in the covered picnic area and there was a very exhausted man sleeping in the park and had two shopping carts full of belongings with him. We have been a few other times and it has always been clean and safe.

This park has just been remodeled with a pavilion big enough for about a 20-person party with some seating. It has a great little playground for kids that is usually empty. I’ve seen plenty of get togethers here that have gone off without a hitch and a neighborhood meet and greet. It is a little close to a busy street but there is a fence that surrounds the perimeter and it’s pavilion and playground are set back far enough that it shouldn’t be a problem.
With that being said the neighborhood does have a lot of foot traffic and not from the most friendly type of people. I would stay away from this park when it gets dark, I don’t think it’s dangerous but a few boys like to hang out there from time to time and they don’t look particularly friendly.
