Nice little park, good atmosphere. People seemed friendly. The kids on bikes aren’t to smart when it comes to cars. They all just sit on their bikes in the middle of the road and expect you to drive around them or between them. Other than that it was a good time.

I enjoy bringing my kids here. Most of the equipment is new now because of derecho. There’s a sidewalk that goes around the whole inside, a playground for little kids, swings, slides, disc golf, a court for basketball, a shelter for get togethers.

The park is great for children, with tons of playground equipment and space. There’s also a disc golf course and a volleyball court. There are a number of well-spaced trees for hamocking and slack-lining. Plenty of picnic tables and grills make it a great spot to hang out with family or even a larger group.
