Love this place! We just picked up our 3 dogs after boarding them for a week and are super impressed. Very reasonable pricing, clean facility, very professional staff, and love that they have the outdoor area. They even gave them all baths before we picked them up! Definitely recommend.

We have used Big Creek Pet Lodge for boarding our dog twice now and have had an amazing experience. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Their drop off and pick up process are very easy and the staff are accommodating when it comes to timing.

We LOVE Big Creek!!! We have been using them for day care and boarding for quite awhile and have loved it!! We just moved across the country and are honestly devastated just because we can no longer take our dog to Big Creek. I cannot find a place like them anywhere. They have a beautiful and clean facility and their staff are so kind and fun! My dog could not contain his excitement every time we pulled into the driveway. He clearly loved the staff members and was excited to go. He always came back a very happy dog at the end of the day. We never once felt like he was stressed or anxious here. The owner is clearly very passionate about the quality of services that they provide. If we are ever back in the area, we will be bringing our dog back here right away!!
