We’ve been here for a few months. While there has been a few hiccups, we would still highly recommend living here. Every community has its pros and cons. And our experience with other new buildings that there has been challenges in the begining till things get settled.
The pros at Rosera wesmont definitely out-way the cons. The management team and Maintenaince staff have been extremely helpful resolving any concerns and issues that we had. Everyone is very friendly, we have great neighbors as well! The building itself is absolutely stunning and has great amenities. Area is very nice, not a busy city feel.

Overall highly recommend anyone that would like a brand new building that is in a centrally located area and not in the hustle and bustle of things.

Recently moved in with my fiancé, and our experience so far has been fantastic. Melissa was incredibly joyful when setting up our tour, giving us a wonderful first impression. Priya conducted the tour and was equally pleasant—she answered all our questions and made us feel very welcome. Abe has also been amazing, ensuring everything went smoothly with our move-in and continuing to assist us with any follow-up questions. Last but certainly not least, Felix from maintenance went above and beyond to help us with a few things in our unit. He was not only kind to us but also so friendly with our dogs!

Beyond the outstanding staff, the building itself is very well maintained, and the area is quiet—a huge plus for us. Overall, we’ve had a great experience and would highly recommend it so far!

5 star service 5 star living! My partner and I visited Rosera last week after a bit of hesitation because we knew we would fall in love with the place. We went to look around, wow! We were blown away by the design, it’s definitely eye candy but mostly by the service we were met with. When we walked in we were instantly greeted by Suley and we felt so welcome by her! After seeing a few units we weren’t too in love with, she worked hard to find something we both loved and could compromise on. My partner prefers a busier view, I would have preferred the rose garden view. We found a place in this grand resort style building that we just couldn’t say no to. After our tour, she let us have a chat and waited around to be in arms reach of us although there were others in the office she was also attending to. While applying we watched her tour about 5 more times and she still stopped by to check in if we needed anything. She did a phenomenal job helping us secure our home here all while being extremely busy! And the rest of the staff was so supportive stepping in here and there. I’m looking forward to living here and being a resident to beautiful new construction and an even more wonderful team in the office. I can’t thank you all enough!
